Maintenance Services:

• Our friendly maintenance man, Carlos, takes care of dozens of hot tubs for vacation rental homes and local homeowners. You can choose from a once-monthly program, an every-other-week program or a weekly program. A small charge is added for all chemicals. With each visit the water is tested and balanced, the filter inspected and cleaned, the spa cleaned and vacuumed, cover shined, and the system inspected for any malfunction. At no extra charge, the tub is drained and filled as needed for fresh water quality, a $200 job at other companies. We maintain hot tubs in Taos and Angel Fire.  SPECIAL: no trip charge for ANGEL FIRE maintenance visits through 2009.

Repair Services:

• Repair calls are charged at $75 per hour, with a one hour minimum. Wolfgang, David and Neil have been highly trained in the electronic and plumbing systems of spas at the Hot Spring Factory in San Diego, CA.  In addition, Wolfgang has 20 years of experience fixing nearly every brand made. We will repair most brands of hot tubs.

Spa Moving:

• Our crew can move your existing spa and reconnect it. We can also dispose of an old unit that is no longer working. The cost of moving is $100 per hour and involves two or three men. The normal cost of spa removal and disposal is $200.

Spa Winterization:

• If you wish to completely drain your hot tub and leave it empty during sub-freezing weather, it is necessary to take certain precautions to winterize it.  Our method is to loosen all unions and drains, vacuum the water out of all orifices, and add food-grade antifreeze to the jets.  We have seem major, expensive damage on tubs that had water freeze in their circulation pipes when they were not winterized.  Call us for instructions or hire us to do it for you!
